Pricing.
Prices and sizes are available in a drop down menu for each Item in the shop and Gift Shop.
Gift Shop.
All pictures are supplied in either a black or white frame which is selected at point of sale.
Shop.
All 40x30cm prints are sold mounted and have a backing board fitted.
All larger format prints that are sold online are unmounted and rolled in an acid free paper placed in a postal tube for delivery. it is advisable not to open prints before taking them to a framer.
Framed Prints.
Currently I only sell framed prints at the markets I attend or they can be collected from my Home , I can frame any size product that I sell and frames can be ordered through the My Contact Form for collection. See Order For Collection below

Please note that the sizes below are the exterior measurement of the frame so as to allow you to measure the space you are buying the frame for. All products are mounted .

Order for collection
You can order a print, framed print or a gift shop item and request to collect at the markets or collect from my home on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings.
I do my own printing and can print up to 33x16.5cm and carry stocks of frames in both Black or White.
The popular triples can be done with any of my images, all I need to know is what size triple frame, what order you want the chosen images and if it’s the Black or White frame

Delivery & Returns
Delivery.
Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders using An Post. Delivery times are approx 2-3 working days from dispatch, however this can be up to 5 working days during busy periods. Our delivery charges for Ireland are as follows:
Spend up to €65 - €2.50 plus €0.50 per additional item
Free delivery for orders over €65
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. Carrier delays in transit can of course occur, which are outside of our control.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order reference with your return.
To start a return, contact us at pauleganphotography@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return details. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can always contact us for any return question at pauleganphotography@gmail.com. All items should be packaged to reach us safely and we recommend you register your parcel. Note, it is your responsibility to pay the postage fees on returns which is not refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders,personalised items or Large format prints or frames). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
